ESP Bible School

One of the founding principles of the ESP Worship Centre is to equip the saints for service. In 2013 the ESP Bible School was launched to enhance the provision of biblical education at ESP and open up the classroom to interested students from around the globe.  At ESP we are passionate about the Word and teaching God's Word to His people.  We seek to engage, equip and empower the body of Christ for effective service in God's Kingdom.  



Current Course


This semester we are offering a course on FOUNDATIONS.. Through this course students will gain an understanding of the major themes and teachings in each of these books.  Throughout the course, notes will be provided through the online study centre for each class.


                     Course Title:    FOUNDATIONS

                     Instructor:       Pastor Joseph Persaud

                     Duration:         April 22nd - July 15th, 2024; classes will be held every Monday at 7:30pm, in person and on Zoom

                     Cost:                 Registration cost of $75 for ESP members and $100 for non-members



Once you register for the course, you will receive a password for the online study centre to access each lecture as an on demand video posted weekly and details for the live zoom sessions each week.  Join us for the exciting study, either in person or online through our study centre.   




Meet our Instructor

Pastor Jospeh Persaud teaches our bible school courses.  He is the Senior Pastor at ESP and has been in ministry for over 50 years. He is not only an anointed preacher but also a powerful teacher of the Word.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from the Caribbean School of Theology and has taught bible school for the Assemblies of God for our five years.  Pastor Persaud also served as the Dean of the bible school for several years.  He engages students with his captivating stories, great sense of humor and profound knowledge of the Word of God.  

Online Study Centre

Videos of each lecture are posted in our Online Study Centre for on demand viewing by our registered students. Now you can view the sessions when most convenient and replay as often as you like.  Lecture notes and assignments are also posted in our Study Centre.

Students of all ages and walks of life attend ESP Bible School.  Whether you're just getting started or seeking to go deeper, we take a balanced approach to unpacking God's Word that will enhance your understanding and provide practical insight for daily living. Our Online Study Centre is ideal for local students who cannot attend in person due to other commitments or students outside of the Toronto area.  Students can learn at your own pace, wherever you are and whenever is most convenient.
