who is Jesus?

Jesus is not just a historical figure or a religious idea. He is alive, personal, and inviting you into a transformed life. Whether you’re searching, curious, or ready to take a step of faith, we’re glad you’re here.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Saviour of the world. He was sent by God out of love for humanity to reveal who God is and to restore our relationship with Him. Jesus lived a sinless life, taught with authority, healed the sick, delivered the oppressed, and demonstrated God’s compassion and power. He willingly died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day, victorious over sin, death, and the grave.

Scripture:

  • John 3:16 — “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son…”

  • John 14:6 — “I am the way, the truth, and the life…”

  • Colossians 1:15–16 — “He is the image of the invisible God…”

  • Acts 10:38 — “God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power…”

Jesus is:

  • Fully God and fully man

  • The way, the truth, and the life

  • Our Savior, Redeemer, and Lord

  • Alive today and working through the power of the Holy Spirit

SALVATION

Salvation is God’s free gift to us through Jesus Christ. Because of sin, humanity was separated from God, but through the death and resurrection of Jesus, forgiveness and new life are made available to everyone.

Salvation means:

  • Your sins are forgiven

  • You are made right with God

  • You receive new life in Christ

  • You become part of God’s family

Scripture:

  • Romans 3:23 — “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

  • Romans 6:23 — “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life…”

  • Romans 5:8 — “While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

  • Ephesians 2:8–9 — “For by grace you have been saved through faith…”

  • 2 Corinthians 5:17 — “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation…”

Salvation is the beginning of a living relationship with God. God desires not only to save you, but to fill you with the Holy Spirit, empower you to live victoriously, and lead you into His purpose.

how to accept Jesus?

Accepting Jesus is a personal decision to acknowledge our need for a Savior and place our faith in Him as Lord.

Scripture:

  • Romans 10:9–10 — “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart…”

  • John 1:12 — “To all who received Him, He gave the right to become children of God.”

1. Admit – All Have Sinned
Admit that every person has sinned and fallen short of God’s standard, and that we cannot save ourselves. This step is a humble acknowledgment of our need for God’s forgiveness.

Romans 3:23 — “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”
Romans 6:23a — “For the wages of sin is death…”

2. Believe – Jesus Saves
Believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He died for your sins, and that God raised Him from the dead. Faith in Jesus brings forgiveness and new life.

Romans 10:9 — “Believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead…”
John 3:16 — “Whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

3. Confess – Jesus Is Lord
Confess Jesus openly as Lord of your life. Confession is the outward declaration of an inward faith and marks a new beginning.

Romans 10:10 — “With the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Matthew 10:32 — “Whoever confesses Me before men…”
